Bihar Tola Sevak Recruitment 2025 – ​The government of Bihar conducts the offline Bihar Tola Sevak Recruitment 2025 through Akshar Aanchal Yojana to fill 2,206 positions as Tola Sevaks (Education Sevaks) across the entire 38-district territory. The main objectives of this initiative include recruiting candidates among Mahadalit as well as Dalit and Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) members together with minority community members to provide grassroots literacy services. The recruitment seeks residents from Bihar with ages within 18 to 45 years on August 1, 2025 who completed their Matriculation education.Candidates must start their application process by downloading the district-specific notification which is available through the NIC portal of their district or Bihar government website.

Applicants must obtain the application form through notification documentation or separate declaration before completing it accurately with self-attested documentation (Aadhaar card, educational records, caste proof, income records, residence documents, bank passbook, photos, mobile information) before submitting their paperwork to the headmaster of designated institutions or at Block Education Officer (BEO) offices.

Every applicant receives a receipt following submission that needs to be saved until further notice. The deadline to submit applications falls on April 30, 2025 according to the original notification but applicants need to check specific dates mentioned in district bulletins. A selection process will determine candidates based on their marks from the tenth grade and without conducting written exams. The entire recruitment procedure must close its doors on June 30, 2025.
