​Ordnance Factory Nalanda – The 2025 recruitment drive from Ordnance Factory Nalanda under Munitions India Limited seeks candidates for 30 position openings as Danger Building Worker (DBW) and Chemical Process Worker (CPW) serving on tenured terms. The recruitment application period spans from April 26 until May 15 in the year 2025. Qualified candidates require a National Apprentice Certificate (NAC) from NCTVT (now NCVT) in the AOCP trade together with related feeder trades which include IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic, Industrial Electronics, or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.

The recruitment policy includes an age criterion that reaches 40 years old but extends exceptions according to government regulations.
