Ordnance Factory Khamaria Recruitment 2025 – Ordnance factory Khamaria in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, is inviting an application of tenure-based vacancy of Danger Building Worker (DBW) in 2025. The posts are exclusively meant to employ former apprentices who were trained under NCTVT in area of Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) trade in Ordnance Factories or at government/government aided private institute or at ITIs under government. Under the recruitment, a 12-month initial contract will be provided with further extension of four years dependant on the demands of the factory and the performance of the individual.

The candidates will be invited to apply between the age of 1835 years (Relaxation in age only to the reserved categories and ex-servicemen). Selection is done on the merit basis which involves short listing based on merit in 80 per cent weightage of NCTVT marks and 20 percent weightage on basis of the performance in the trade or practical exam.

The jobs have a minimum pay of 19,900 rupees per month with dearness allowance which is calculated on hourly wage basis at an eight-hour shifting job. It is a major chance to the deserving candidates who have been trained as AOCP and can work at one of the major defence producing units as a unit of Munitions India Ltd.
