OSAP Gurkha Sepoy Recruitment 2025 – Gurkha Sepoy Recruitment 2025 of Odisha Special Armed Police (OSAP), 2nd Battalion is invited at Jharsuguda in an offline mode. There will be 101 posts available to male candidates who are Indians and Nepalese Gurkhas. Candidates must be able to apply between the ages of 18 and 25 years on January 1, 2025; be at least Class VII school educated (preference however will be given to those who have passed HSC or equivalent). Physical requirements comprise minimum height, which is 158 cm, chest measurement between 79 and 84 cm and weight of at least 50 kg.
The selection criteria include a physical examination, Odia language examination, viva-voce and a medical examination. Application fee does not exist. The prospective candidates can download the form at the official web address or collect it at the office of Battalion and complete the application and send it through Speed post or by hand to: Commandant, OSAP 2 nd Battalion, Jharsuguda, Odisha 768204.
The deadline of submissions is August 31, 2025. Applications not completed properly or after deadline will be rejected.
