GSSC Announces 2025 Recruitment – GSSC has announced Advertisement No. 1 of 2025, asking for applications on its website for 118 Assistant Teacher positions in several subjects—English, Hindi or Konkani, Marathi, Sanskrit, Mathematics, and Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology)—in Goa’s grant-in-aid secondary and higher secondary schools.
People can be considered for this if they have a Bachelor’s degree in the subject, a B.Ed. or long-term integrated degree, clear Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), and are fluent in Konkani (knowing Marathi is preferred). The opportunity to submit the application was available from 2 May to 23 May 2025, and people did it through the government portal.
Those who qualify for the interview will be given a computer exam and their documents will be checked or they may be interviewed according to standards
