HPCL Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 – Eighty-three Junior Executive vacancies in various specialties of engineering are to be filled by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for the year 2025. Applications were received from March 26, 2025, to May 21, 2025. Applicants with a B.Sc. qualification or 3-year full-time regular diploma in engineering in related disciplines can submit their applications by logging on to the HPCL’s website. In terms of distribution of available vacancies by the disciplines, we have: Mechanical (11 openings), Electrical (17 openings), Instrumentation (6 openings), Chemical (41 openings), and Fire & Safety (28 openings) .

Applicable candidates ought to be Indian nationals of the age range between 18 and 25 years as of May 10, 2025 with age accommodations according to government regulations. Selection process will be through Computer-Based Test, Group Discussion, Skill Test, Personal Interview and Medical Examination.

Applicants who get on board will be paid an amount ranging between ₹30,000 and ₹1,20,000 as a monthly salary with an annual CTC of about ₹10.58 lakhs as part of the package inclusive of allowances and benefits.
