​HURL Hiring 2025  – The joint venture Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) operated by IOCL NTPC CIL FCIL and HFCL announced its 2025 recruitment campaign to occupy 108 engineering management positions within different fields. HURL launched the digital application portal on April 15 2025 which will operate until May 6 2025. HURL’s recruitment drive for 2025 includes Engineers up to Additional Chief Managers and Junior Engineer Assistants in the sectors of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Offsite & Utilities (O&U) and Contracts & Materials. ​

A wide range of qualifications exists for different positions since Engineering diploma holders with relevant subjects must apply while managerial candidates need an MBA or PG Diploma certification. The work experience threshold required varies from 2 years into 16 years according to staffing requirements. The recruitment process establishes different age ranges from 30 years for Engineers up to 44 years for Additional Chief Managers. ​

The candidate selection method begins with a qualification and experience-based application review before moving to executive position interviews together with non-unionized supervisor assessment through written or computer-based tests.
