NICL Recruitment 2025 – The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has announced its AO (Administrative Officer) Recruitment 2025 and has informed over 266 vacancies, of which 170 are Generalist, and 96 are Specialist postings in Finance, Legal, IT, Automobile Engineering, and MBBS (Medical) qualifications. The online application process will start on 12 June 2025 and will go on till 3 July 2025 and the same would be accessible through the official NICL site.
The willing candidates, i.e. the graduates in the case of Generalist posts and discipline-qualified candidates in the case of Specialist posts, must also be within the age bracket of 21 to 30 years (as of 1 May 2025), with the extended age limits in regard to the reserved category candidates. The procedure will be divided into several phases Preliminary Exam (provisional date 20 July 2025), the Main Exam (31 August 2025) and the ultimate Interview.
Application fees are Rs. 1,000 (general category) and Rs. 250 (SC/ST/PwBD). The minimum salary of the recruited candidates is 50,925 rupees with allowances, which is about 90, 000 rupees per month in the metro stations. It is advised that the potential candidates must read the official notification and then make application.

Salary |
| Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 90,000/- per month in Metropolitan Centres. |
| The starting Basic pay would be Rs. 50,925 /- in the scale of Rs.50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and such other allowances as may be admissible under the rules in force from time to time in the company. |
| Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension scheme governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules in force in the Company at the time of appointment. |
| The Officers are also entitled for Company’s / leased accommodation as per norms. |
| In addition to the above, Doctors (MBBS) appointed as Specialist Officers are eligible for Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) to the tune of 25% of the Basic Pay subject to conditions that may be applicable from time to time. |
