Ordnance Factory Bhandara DBW Recruitment 2025 – Ordnance Factory Bhandara (OFBA) which is an undertaking of Munitions India Limited under Ministry of Defence has issued an offline recruitment advertisement in May 2025 regarding 125 tenure based vacancies of Danger Building Workers (DBW) in the trade of AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant). The ratio of candidates should be having a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in AOCP- faculty of NCVT preferably completed their ex-apprenticeship at Ordnance Factories. The term of contract commencement is on a one year basis and extends to four years depending on the performance.

There are age relaxations of up to 5 years in the case of SC/ST, 3 years in the case of OBC-NCL and extra time is also given to ex-servicemen and the age range is 18- 40 years as at May 31, 2025. Awarded individuals get a 19,900-rupees salary (per month) with DA. NAC marks are given a weightage 80 pc and remaining 20 pc are on trade/ practical examination whereas verification of other documentations and medical and police clearance are also to be made mandatory.

An application fee is nonexistent.
