Supreme Court of India Law Clerk – The Supreme Court of India is hiring 90 Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates for the term 2025-2026 on contractual basis. For these positions the candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including integrated law degree ), from a recognized institution, and applicant must be aged between 20 & thirty-two (32) years of age by February 7, 2025.

The steps involve writing test on the 9th of March 2025 in form of a Multiple Choice Question Legal test which shall be supplemented by Legal Opinion which will be conducted after which a set of shortlisted candidates shall undergo an interview. The job is well suited for law graduates as it enables them to apply policy research in their practice in addition to getting a first-hand experience in the functioning of the apex court of India.
