VMMC Safdarjung Hospital Senior Resident Recruitment 2025 – VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital has declared the notification on walk-in interview to fill up 47 vacancies of ad-hoc Senior Resident in different areas of medical specialties. According to the official notification made on June 19, 2025, the interviews shall be done on June 26, 2025 in Committee Room, Office of the Medical Superintendent, within the hospital premises at New Delhi. Candidates who have MBBS qualification with a PG degree (MD/MS/DNB/PG Diploma) in the specialty of interest and registered medical practitioner with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) will be allowed to attend. It will also include those who have applied to be registered as DMC and managed to prove it.

General/EWS candidates can have the upper of 45 years, OBC can be of 48, and SC/ST can be of 50 years. The selected individuals will serve on ad-hoc short-term basis of 89 days and may increase depending on the needs of the hospital. The salary is 67,700 Rs per month (Pay Level-11 as per 7 th cpc) with relevant allowances.

Those candidates who are interested are required to carry with them all the original documents and self-attested photocopies to verify at the time of walking in registration process on the day of the interview.
